Sea front location, beautifully decorated B&B, well-cared for garden
No lift access!!! It might be a pain dragging your luggage up to the third floor. Street parking situation can be frustrating!!! the fan in the room could use a serious upgrade—very warm at night!!!

Loved the ambience at 15 Grosvenor Bed & Breakfast. The Victorian decor made my stay feel uniquely charming. My Twin Room with Garden View had high ceilings and beautiful stained glass windows that added character. The bed was super comfy, ensuring restful nights. Alison, the owner, always went the extra mile, like preparing freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. The breakfast itself was delicious, featuring high-quality ingredients and a variety of options. One downside was the bathroom door, which creaked a lot, and the room lacked sufficient heating. these small issues didn't overshadow the warm hospitality and delightful stay.

There were a few hiccups with the parking situation. street parking was elusive, but there’s a nearby car park by the sea that helped. The fan in the Twin Room wasn’t operational, and the only window opened only about an inch, making it a bit warm at night. I had to deal with slamming fire doors each time noisy guests came upstairs, which was annoying and disrupted my sleep. Otherwise, the overall vibe was decent.

We had an awesome time with friends. The dining area was a highlight, with fresh juices and a cook-to-order breakfast. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beach and took a lovely stroll to the White Rock Theatre. The host was incredibly nice and added to our enjoyable stay. Expect clean rooms and lots of hot water at this cozy spot.
Our only downside was dealing with some minor noise from neighboring rooms during our stay, which made it a bit hard to settle down at first.
